In a significant breakthrough, Mumbai Police's Anti-Narcotics Cell conducted a major operation in the early hours of Wednesday, leading to the seizure of approximately 50 kilograms of narcotics valued at several crores in the international market.

The operation, which was the result of weeks of surveillance and intelligence gathering, led to the arrest of three suspects who are believed to be part of an international drug trafficking network. The accused have been identified as residents of different states and are currently being interrogated.

Police Commissioner stated that this is one of the largest drug busts in the city this year and demonstrates the department's commitment to combating drug trafficking. Further investigations are underway to identify other members of the network.
