Delhi Police's Cyber Crime Unit has successfully dismantled a sophisticated cyber fraud operation that had been targeting victims across the country. The operation led to the arrest of 15 individuals operating from various locations in Delhi and NCR.

The gang was involved in multiple types of cyber crimes including phishing, online banking fraud, and identity theft. Police recovered laptops, mobile phones, and fake documents used in the fraudulent activities.

According to preliminary investigations, the gang had defrauded over 500 victims of approximately Rs 10 crores over the past year. Victims are being contacted and the investigation is ongoing to recover the stolen funds.
