A major bank robbery was foiled in Bangalore's busy commercial district on Thursday afternoon, thanks to the alertness of a security guard and swift police response. Two suspects have been taken into custody.

The incident occurred at around 2 PM when three armed men entered the bank premises. The security guard immediately triggered the silent alarm, alerting the police control room. Within minutes, police teams surrounded the building.

After a brief standoff, two suspects were apprehended while one managed to escape. Police have launched a manhunt for the third suspect. No casualties were reported in the incident, and all bank staff and customers are safe.
